GN : What do you think about the main French and English burning websites. Do you refer to them regularly ? In which purpose ?
Mandie : We obviously pay attention to this sites activity. We regularly refer to websites such as CD Freaks, CDR Info and CD-R Zone… for the French ones, we mention Gravure-News of course, and GravureCity too. We‘re looking for information, news…

GN : Do you benefit from related experiences on the forums of these sites ?
Mandie : As far as possible… Unfortunately, we are short of time to refer to burning forums as often as we wish. By the way, we would like to « scold » users who submit their problems on some forums instead of contacting our assistance, because that does make longer bug fixes !!!

GN : More particularly, what do you think about Gravure-News ? According to you, does our VSO dedicated forum picture your products quite well ?
Mandie : Gravure-News is what we're calling a « resource » website for burning : working design, clear precise and essential information, tutorials etc… What could we asked for ?

GN : By the way, do you have any particular wishes, any suggestions ? What could Gravure-News do for you ?
Mandie : Yes, you could plan to make possible the sale on line of VSO products from Gravure-News website, as well as exclusive special offers !!!
GN : We won't fail to contact you to make it possible !

VSO Software and the future

GN : We asked you questions about your current softwares, but what about VSO Software's future ?
Fabrice : We obviously keep on developing and improving our current products. We also have other projects started. AudioToDVD for instance…

GN : An audio extractor ! Very interesting !
Fabrice : No, more exactly a soft allowing audio DVD creation from MP3 files, etc. But it's really too soon to tell you more !

GN : By the way, an audio extractor is missing to CopyToDVD…
Fabrice : You are right. An addition is not to rule out but not for the moment. Many efficient audio extraction solutions are already available.

GN : Which one would you recommend ?
Fabrice : The best one of course ! I mean « Exact Audio Copy », even if it is not the simplest one to set.
GN : What a coincidence ! We have just released an « E.A.C. guide » in our tutorials section !
